Notes
Law No. 13.284 of May 10, 2016, defines and criminalizes ambush marketing by intrusion and association, among other provisions related to the Olympic Games.
The Law amends and complements Law No. 12.035/09 of October 1, 2009 (the 'Olympic Act').
Among other provisions, Articles 38 and 40 introduce amendments to Articles 2, 13, and 6 of the Olympic Act.
