Application Incubator Division

The Application Incubator (AI) Division is responsible for delivering innovative, agile, and scalable IT solutions that address emerging business needs and fill gaps in the organization's current IT services structure.

Our activities include:

  • Rapid Development and Prototyping: Utilize new technologies such as low-code/no-code platforms and artificial intelligence (AI) to rapidly develop, prototype, and deploy business solutions that address immediate operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Empowerment and Collaboration: Facilitate direct integration between IT experts and business users to co-create solutions, enabling business stakeholders to y participate in the design, development, and re-use of applications in a safe fashion.
  • Innovation and Technology Integration: Explore, evaluate, and integrate new technologies and solutions into the organization’s IT ecosystem, focusing on applying these tools to solve existing problems in innovative ways.
  • Operational Efficiency Enhancement: Identify and prototype smaller-scale improvements that often go overlooked, lowering the cost and complexity of these initiatives while enhancing overall operational efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Governance and Policy Development: Establish and support governance policies relevant to the use of new platforms and technologies, ensuring that their deployment is in line with the organization’s legal, ethical, and operational standards. This includes defining best practices, compliance requirements, and guidelines for the responsible use of these technologies.
