Notes:	Article 4 of this law recognizes the right of consumers to be protected against misleading advertising, unfair trade methods and unfair competition; Article 6 prohibits any form of misleading advertising; Article 7 states the 'Advertising Infractions' and the Article 72 establishes their corresponding sanctions. Articles 14 and 15 state that providers are required to indicate in goods for human consumption and medicines, the information regarding trademark, geographical indication, among others. Article 60 provides that patents granted by the State which could be hazardous to consumer´s health do not exempt from liability for damages to consumers.
