'The Order contains the forms to be used for applications, which shall be lodged with the Customs Department when the holder of intellectual property rights is asking for actions to be taken by the customs authorities in order to protect his rights. Two different forms are approved: one shall be used when the application is submitted before the detention of goods by the Customs authorities and another when the application is submitted after the detention of goods by the Customs authorities acting ex officio.'
