Section 3 of the said amending Act No. 1533 of December 18, 2018 added paragraph (2) to section 106 under Part D of this Consolidate Act, which reads:
'(2) The Patent and Trademark Office may transfer income from fees charged under this Act to Nævnenes Hus ['Danish Appeals Boards Authority'] to the payment of costs associated with the Board of Appeal for Patents and Trademarks.'
