Notes:	The Constitution of Zimbabwe was adopted on December 21, 1979 and has been amended 17 times, most recently in 2005. The Constitution does not contain provisions on intellectual property. However, Section 18 (15) contains general provisions on the protection of traditional knowledge relating to the traditional or customary tribal practices and procedures. Furthermore, Section 16 provides protection from deprivation of property.
