Notes:The notification by Turkey to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'Article 348 stipulates that workers who have knowledge of business secrets during the contract relation may be prohibited from dealing with competing works by employee.
In addition, according to Article 351, the remedy for infringement of Article 348 is compensation of the damage.'
