The new copyright and related rights law harmonizes its provisions with the directives of the European Union, in particular in the parts/chapters on enforcement of civil law protection.
It clarifies and improves the regime of exercising collective management from all aspects, including inspection and misdemeanors - for non-submitting data and information from the use. Infringements of copyright and related rights from the penal point of view are regulated by the Penal Code, while infringements from the copyright violation aspects of the trade of goods and services, as a condition and criteria for their exercising, are left to the other adequate laws regulating trade aspect relations.
