Name: Ben Hwang I think that the tradename clause is very silly. I agree that Microsoft, and names that become household items should gain rights to their websites. But the fact that a smaller business that has basically no say even though they have been web-established for years, over a larger company that hasn't been there... That really sucks for those that are trying to make their way into the corporate world. I think that household names, sure. But if it's something that if you ask ten people randomly on the street and they've never heard of the company, no way. |
