Article 50 of the Administrative Offenses Code provides for financial penalty for the violation of author's rights and related rights, integrated circuits and expressions of national folklore and illegal use of information databases both by private individuals and state officials, while Article 205 defines financial penalty for the misuse of trademarks and service marks and Article 342 defines financial penalty for the misuse of the emblems of the International Red Cross Committee and the Red Crescent movement.
