Article 165 defines penalty for the infringement of author's and related rights, while Article 165.2 defines penalty for the infringement of the use of expressions of folklore and Article 165.3 defines penalty for the illegal use of information databases. Article 166 defines penalty for the violation of invention and patent rights. Article 197 defines the amount of the fine imposed in cases of illegal use of trademarks. Article 199 defines the amount of the fine imposed in cases of monopolistic acts and restriction of competition.
