Notes:	The notification by Switzerland to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states: 'Art. 2, 4, 5, 6, 9.1(d) (repealed), 10, 18(a)2, 25, 26.1, 27, 33, 35, 36.3, 40.2(b), 43, 44 (repealed): Amendments aimed particularly at simplifying trademark filing formalities, in particular with regard to the development of electronic communication (signature, power of attorney). Incorporation of recent developments in trademark forms.'
