| Notes: | The seventh and current Constitution of the Central African Republic was adopted by referendum on December 5, 2004 and promulgated on December 27, 2004 by the Decree N° 04-392. It was amended once in 2010. The Constitution does not specifically provide protection for intellectual property rights. However, Article 13 of the Constitution contains general provisions that recognize and guarantee the freedom of intellectual, artistic and cultural activity. |
