Notes:The Act regulates the use of the National Emblems and National Anthem of Barbados.Section 3 provides that the copyright in the words and music of the National Anthem and in the design of the National Emblems is exclusively vested in the Crown in perpetuity. And a person who intends to produce for sale any article that represents a National Emblem must obtain a license from the Minister responsible for the National Emblems (see Section 4).
