Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights), Enforcement of IP and Related Laws
Notes:
Grenada has not issued as yet new copyright legislation to repeal the Copyright Act Cap. 67 of the Laws of Grenada. In accordance with this Act, literary, dramatic, musical, and artistic works; sound recordings, films, broadcasts or cable programmes; and typographical arrangements of published editions, but not computer programs, are protected by copyright if protected in the United Kingdom. There is no registration requirement for copyright and related rights.
In 2010, Grenada drafted a copyright bill to protect the intellectual property of local artistes.
