This consolidated version of the Trade Marks Act 2002 includes all amendments up to Act up 2014 (see Part 4 of the 'Reprints notes' of this consolidated Act).
The following sections of this consolidated Act are amended:
- Section 82 'Registration of title to trade mark';
- Section 117 'When criminal proceedings may be commenced';
- Section 134B 'Authority to act as enforcement officer';
- Section 134ZA ' Offence of failing to comply with order to produce documents';
- Section 155J 'Offences'.

Section 2 of this Act stipulates: 'This Act (except sections 177 to 180, 199, and 200) comes into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council.
(2) Sections 177 to 180, 199, and 200 come into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.'
