Notes:	Article 1538 stipulates: 'Where in the course of work, the employee succeeds in invention, privileges and rights related to the invention shall belong to the employee himself, except when otherwise agreed upon, or the employee has been employed by the employer for invention and innovation. Nonetheless the employer shall be bound to offer suitable reward to the employee in accordance with the dictates of justice.' The languages of the text are Dari and Pashto together.
