This Global Conference featured 17 High-Level Speakers from developed and developing countries as well as roundtable discussions on open innovation. Its objective was to exchange best practices on open collaborative projects for public ventures as well as private firms in various industries and fields of interest. It drew on the experience of global experts in the area of open innovation in academia and industry (including the film industry) and provided key issues to consider when implementing the concepts of open innovation as well as tools for launching open collaborations in the developing world. The event also provided power-networking platforms with leading figures such as Rem Koolhaas, Richard Wilder, H.E. Nsengimana and H.E. Brahmachari for the exchange of experiences on open collaborations.
