Reguarding the Domain Name questions, I can see both sides Companies that have licenced trademarks do not want "Domain Name Scalpers" to cheat them. However, being involved with law enforcement through my entire family, I find that it is harder for the single person/small company to use laws such as these. the only groups that would have the ability to apply these laws would be large wealthy corporations with seemingly endless supplies of funds and whatever few "little people" that can generate enough publicity. As such any legislation should make clear that this is a tool to stop an unjust enterprise, not merely a weapon with which to damage innocent people. I thank you for your time.
