Hello,

I would like to coment on the use of internet
names. As I understand it there is some concern with
the use of some names. Some say that they should be
allowed on a first come first served priority and others
say that the names are copy righted. I agree with both
ideas but how should this be handeled? My sugestion
would be to allow the copy righted portion to take
priority only on names that end with .org or .net etc.
After you have determined witch .org, .net, .corp.,
inc., or whatever(I would think 5 to 10 should be
enough) then any address that doesn't end with the
designated endings would have a first come first served
priority.
I know this sounds too simple but I thought that if
I could get the main idea across then someone in your
group could come up with a working solution.

Thanks for the chance to add my 2 cents.

Ken Reisig
