WIPO仲裁調停センターの手数料の支払い

WIPO仲裁調停センター (AMC) の手続に係る手数料の支払方法についてご案内します。
各種支払方法について下記をご確認ください。AMCの手数料は、下記の簡単な手順に沿ってお支払いいただけます。
  • 所定の登録手数料及び/又は実施手数料のお支払いが必要となります。
  • 現金・小切手での支払いは受け付けておりません。AMC手数料は各案件の通貨でお支払いください: 米ドル (USD) 、ユーロ (EUR) 、英ポンド (GBP) 、シンガポールドル (SGD) 、スイスフラン (CHF) 。
  • 米ドル以外の通貨でお支払いの場合、支払日の国連の公式為替レートが適用されます。

AMCの手数料の支払方法

  • ステップ1

    支払いが必要な手数料の総額を確認する。

    AMCの手数料の見積もりについては、該当する手数料及び費用の表を参照してください。手数料は、裁判外紛争処理手続 (ADR) サービスのご依頼日時点のものが適用されます。
    最終的なお支払い金額は、仲裁調停センターによって決定されます。

  • ステップ3

    申立書を提出する

    WIPOの調停申立書、仲裁申立書、簡易仲裁申立書、又は専門家による決定申立書をオンライン又は電子メールで提出します。

    WIPOのサービスを定期的に利用するのであれば、スイスフラン建てで管理されたWIPO予納口座がおすすめです。安全、迅速、無料で利用でき、全ての支払履歴を確認いただけます。
    WIPO予納口座をお持ちの場合、スイスフラン (CHF) 以外の通貨でのお支払いが可能です。この場合、銀行の為替レートではなく、国連の公式為替レートが適用されます。
    支払いを行う前に、WIPO予納口座に十分な残高があることを確認してください。

    Available Credit/Debit cards are: VISA, MASTERCARD, CHINA UNION PAY, JAPAN CREDIT BUREAU (JCB), DINERS/DISCOVER, AMEX (CHF only).

    Extra verification may be needed. As part of a new security process to protect your payments (PSD2), your bank or card issuer may ask for extra confirmation to complete your payment. This extra layer of security makes your online card transactions safer and reduces the risk of fraud.

    To meet Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements, we will prompt your bank’s "3D Secure" identity verification when using a credit or debit card. This may include

    • a one-time passcode sent via SMS,
    • a password, or
    • fingerprint or face recognition.

    If you’re asked to verify your identity, just follow the instructions from your bank. If you run into any issues, please contact your bank or card issuer for help.

    Select bank transfer in case you cannot pay online using other payment methods.
    We will send you detailed payment instructions to the email address connected to your WIPO Account. The instructions will include: 
    • Your Basket ID (EPMT-XXXX-XXXX)
    • Our IBAN and the payment details. ​​​​​​​
    Provide a correct Basket ID (EPMT-XXXX-XXXX) when submitting your payment to avoid processing delays. ​​​​​​​
    You are responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank, any intermediary bank or the receiving bank. Make sure the amount you send covers any such fees. Funds can take up to 10 working days to reach our bank account. ​​​​​​​
    お客様 (振込人) の銀行、中継銀行、又は受取銀行によって課される追加の手数料はお客様のご負担となります。振込金額には、そのような手数料が全て含まれていることをご確認ください。送金手続完了後、送金が当機関の銀行口座に届くまでに最大10営業日を要する場合があります。
    申立書を提出する際には支払証明を必ず添付してください。
  • ステップ4

    支払確認を受け取る

    WIPO予納口座による支払いの場合:
    • 支払いが正常に完了すると、メールで支払確認が届きます。

    銀行振込による支払いの場合:​​​​​​​
    • WIPOの入金確認後、10営業日以内に確認メールが届きます。
    お取引の領収書が必要な場合は、AMCサポートチームまでご連絡ください。
  • Step 5

    Receive a payment confirmation and a receipt

    For payments with a Current Account at WIPO:
    • If the payment is successful, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

    For the Bank and Postal Transfer payments:
    • Once we receive your payment, we will send you a payment receipt by email within 10 working days. 

     

    For all the other payment methods: 

    • If the payment is successful, you will receive a payment confirmation and receipt by email within 10 working days. ​​​​​​​
