Individual Designation Fee: Mexico

Mexico’s accession to the Hague System will enter into force on June 6, 2020. Mexico has made the declaration that in connection with an international application or the renewal of an international registration in which Mexico is designated, the prescribed designation fee shall be replaced by an individual designation fee, with the individual designation fee for an international application comprising two parts. Furthermore, Mexico has declared reduced amounts of the individual designation fee in case the applicant or holder, as the case may be, is a creator who is a natural person, a micro or small entity, a public or private higher education institution, or a public scientific or technological research institute.
