The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Japan Office will host the “WIPO GREEN Technology Forum 2026: Featuring Japan’s Innovations for a Sustainable Future” on Friday, June 5, as an online event aimed at promoting international matchmaking of technologies that contribute to solving environmental challenges.

At WIPO, we promote the WIPO GREEN initiative to support the dissemination of environmental technologies and foster meaningful international collaboration.
This forum is designed to match cutting-edge environmental technologies from Japanese companies, universities and research institutions with the concrete needs from businesses, universities and government agencies across the Asia-Pacific region (particularly India and ASEAN), the Middle East, and Africa—opening the door to partnerships, licensing agreements, and joint technology validation.
