Managing International Trademark Registrations – Certified Documents

You can download international trademark registration certificates issued since 2010 directly through your eMadrid workbench. You can also request certified documents including attestations, copies of certificates issued before 2010, detailed and simple certified extracts. 
  1. Log in to eMadrid with your WIPO Account
  2. Go to “Manage your trademarks” to access your workbench
  3. Open the relevant international trademark registration (“asset”) directly in your workbench 
  4. Click the “Certified documents” tab
  5. Follow the prompts to complete your request.

Tip! You can find up-to-date information on the status of protection of an international trademark registration, in each designated member, through your eMadrid workbench or through the “Find and Monitor” tab in eMadrid. You can also request certified documents for any international trademark registration through “Find and Monitor”.

You can order digital copies of certified documents (attestations, copies of certificates, detailed and simple certified extracts), stamped with our official WIPO seal.
