O Centro da OMPI entende que a mediação deve observar o binômio custo-benefício. Em consulta com as partes e mediadores, o Centro assegura que a tabela de custas da mediação OMPI para controvérsias relativas a direitos da propriedade intelectual perante o INPI-BR, apresentada a seguir, atende a uma equação eficiente de custos à luz das circunstâncias da disputa.

1. Pagamentos destinados ao Centro da OMPI devem ser realizados exclusivamente em Dólar Americano (USD), via transferência bancária:
