As the owner of Bush Gardens Inc.- trade mark filed for: my URL bushgardens.net was implicated via your email, in a dispute with Gilinda Rogers registrant of buschgardens.net and the company Busch Gardens The case D2001 -134 seems to have resulted in the transfer of bushgardens.com to Anhauser Bush. 1- Wipo should consider spelling as a very crucial matter 2- The case was resolved by transfer, a decision from WIPO 3- What does wipo stand for ? I had communicated to the arbiter that I was Incorporated as Bush Gardens Inc. and that I have filed for the trademark multi-nationally, and notwithstanding any communications sent by me the ruling on bushgardens.com is in favor of Anhauser Busch who's lawyers also want to claim Bushfl.com dedicated to the governor of Florida ... My recommendations, review your raison D'etre and practices. Should WIPO not have refrained from judgement until the trademark application is ruled upon ? Should this case have a place in decision guidelines for future cases ? fern@bushgardens.ca
