I think that personal domain name holders MUST be allowed to have a domain with their own name in it - and that their own name cannot be taken away from them. For example - if Joe Smith owns smith.org - this should not be revoked from him in favour of some Smith corporation. No one can own a copyright or trademark on someone's name.
It would be reasonable, that if once the .name domain is established, if people are no longer allowed to register their name in .org, but it would be unreasonable to have such domains revoked from people who have had them for many years previously.
