Upon review of the RFC-3 document it has come to my conclusion that such action if taken could cause further confussion and dismay in the domain name registration system. There needs to be more individuals from many different areas of society rather than a single closed source (some what over privileged) group. Limitations to top level domain names may be easily controlled but web content is not, hundreds of thousands of web pages are created each day in many different languages such attempts to the control of the contents of those pages is absurd. Before any judgement is passed there needs to be more focus on the greater outcomes from such a proposal, i.e. will this affect domain names which are already in place?, possibly two fragments which previosly form domain names are used to form the name of a new medicinal drug? It is the questions that have not been raised that need to be pondered.
Thank you for your time
