Name: Frank Spano Organization: pr247 Position: V.P As a Pr Agency One of the ways we help our clients establish brand reconition is by purchasing a domain name that helps promote its bussiness there are many german beers regional wines possibly in the thousands as a pr agency we are using the internet as a directional focus as to what stella artois is to have a direction of belgium beer for clarification is in no way cybersquatting rather good pr for our clients who are lost in the cyber world and need clarification as just exactly what they do you are confusing NAME BRANDING with Cybersquating intentions and for those who bought these names and created a web site more power to them . If the site or name contains a trade brand such as mondavinapa that is another story however how can you even entertain taking the domain napavalley away from someone who can sell it to a lesser known wine manufacturer to help him pomote the lesser known wine from his vinard. Besides I believe the federal courts will side with the domain owner! s who will take it to that level if necessary. Remember your function is to arbitrate not discriminate-and most imporatnt you dont want to loose your credibility otherwise such cases will be moved to a federal court for a reversal of decission
