 Name: Bolie Williams IV This comment is based on my own personal feelings. Based on current rulings and this RFC, I would be reluctant to register any domain name for fear that it would be taken from me regardless of the reason I registered it. I am also much more interested in an alternative name resolution system to the current system and would be very interested in supporting unofficial efforts to create an alternative domain system which would not be under the control of the WIPO or ICANN. I believe that the current domain name holder should have priority. Domain names should be taken only in the most extreme cases of blatant and potentially confusing copyright violation or criminal behavior or registration with the primary intent to sell a name back to a copyright or trademark holder. Criticism of a person, place, or product should be considered a legitimate "good faith" use of a domain name. Bolie IV
