Leon Kopecký is a partner in the Vienna office of Schoenherr. His practice focuses on major international commercial and investment disputes, and he regularly acts as an arbitrator under the ICC, VIAC, WIPO and other arbitration rules. He publishes, speaks at events and teaches courses, particularly in CEE. Leon holds degrees from universities in Vienna, Edinburgh, Rotterdam, Hamburg and Manchester. Before joining Schoenherr, Leon practiced international arbitration at Freshfields and Skadden in London, New York, and Vienna.

Russell Levine is a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he has spent his entire 40+ year career. He focuses his trial, appellate and ADR practice on patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation matters, and disputes involving and related to technology transfer and patent license agreements. His technology transfer and licensing practice includes structuring and negotiating both licensing-in and licensing-out transactions.

Peter Ling is a partner specializing in intellectual property, unfair competition and life sciences law. He represents clients in litigation before Swiss courts and governmental authorities and in arbitration proceedings. Peter also advises on licensing and IP structuring transactions, and on strategic IP issues. Peter is a member of the board of the Licensing Executives Society Switzerland (LES CH) and the Counsel of the Board of the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI). He is an active member of AIPPI's Standing Committee on TRIPS and of the new INTA Patents Committee.
