Charter Eligibility Dispute Resolution Policy (CEDRP)
All registrants agree to be bound by the CEDRP. The CEDRP applies to challenges filed by a third party to registered .asia domain names on the grounds that the registrant does not meet the .asia eligibility requirements.
Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy
All registrants agree to be bound by the UDRP. The UDRP applies to challenges to registered domain names based on the grounds that:
(i) a domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark in which the complainant has rights; and
