Four Way Partnership Delivers Results in Vietnam

Quadripartite – an uncommon word meaning shared by or involving four parties - the perfect description of a recent webinar the WIPO Singapore Office organized with the Vietnam IP Association, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the IP Office of Vietnam.

The webinar was tailored to meet the needs of Vietnamese enterprises looking to expand their business overseas and protect their intellectual property rights with WIPO services.

Over 100 smart Vietnamese business owners joined the session that included presentations on WIPO, the Madrid System for the international registration of trademarks and the Hague System for the registration of industrial designs.

A number of insightful questions led to interesting discussions on copyright material use in the context of an industrial design, the transformation component of the Madrid System and the Global Brand Database.
