Brian Green is Executive Director of the International ISBN Agency, and of EDItEUR, the international standards body for books and serials.
He is also Chair of ISO TC46 SC9, the ISO Subcommittee responsible for developing and maintaining ISO standards on the identification and description of information resources.
He was previously Executive Director of Book Industry Communication, the e-commerce standards body set up by The UK Publishers Association, The Library Association (now CILIP), The Booksellers Association and The British Library and, before that, worked at the UK Publishers Association as Director of Publishing Management and Technology.
