DCEA Tools for Countries in Transition
One of the priorities of TDC activities is to provide support to countries in transition in order to assist them in creating and adjusting national Intellectual Property (IP) Strategies and to provide advice on how to tailor such strategies to each government’s economic and cultural strategy with respect to creativity and innovation.
To support the development of national IP strategies, TDC has created a new series of studies for experts and practitioners, as well as policy makers in countries in transition:
- Technology Transfer in Countries in Transition: Policy and Recommendations
- Model Intellectual Property Policy for Universities and Research Institutions
