The Forum was organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (TPP) in cooperation with several governmental and nongovernmental bodies including Rspatent. WIPO was invited to participate and contribute to several events of the Forum. The Forum consisted of 16 Sections held on April 17, 18 and 20, 2012 and of the Plenary session held on April 19, 2012. The meetings were held on the premises of the TPP, Rospatent and other venues. The WIPO representatives attended several Sections and the Plenary session, participated in one awarding ceremony and held two meetings with the Russian representatives.
