Proceeding with the restrictions of individual words within the Internet namespace constitutes a restriction on freedom and is clearly not objective or free from bias. A more specific and restricted top-level domain would provide the same protections currently afforded by the .gov and .int domain names. Any party found violating the rights of a trademark holder could be pursued as per normal trademark or copyright law. There is no need for further restrictions and there is a preponderance of evidence that such an action would be restrictive to the health of the Internet and individual freedoms.
