I believe that limiting internet domain names should never really happen. If this thing passes, what's going to stop WIPO from recommending, and demainding, limitations on what one can show on their webpage. Internet domain names should be whatever the person who is registering wants. For example, if I wanted to register www.aolsucks.com I should be able to. If I wanted to register www.stupidbumbdingdingboo.com I should be able to. By limiting the words that a domain name can include, you are attempting to limit what we can do and see on the internet.
