Name: Ray Karaliunas Organization: n/a Position: n/a I think that if a person isn't cybersquatting, and is using the name for a purpose they should be left alone. Look at the can of worms you are opening with this stance. www.diamond.com Should a diamond merchant own this? Which one? Or should Applied systems own it because they market a corporate program that is called Diamond? What about Neil Diamond? If he wants it will you give it to him as well? Diamond Multimedia should have a shot at it as well? Rex Diamond Mining company would like it as well. Or Diamond Audio, makers of high end stereo products. King Diamond the band would like it as well Mitsubishi would like it for their Diamond Monitor, and Diamond lake motel in oregon would like it as well.Diamond springs California's Home page wants it. How about Jarod Diamond the author. Who gets the name and why? Will it be "he who has the most lawyers " win? Take it only from cybersquatters. Leave the legit owners alone. |
