Name: Greg Scott Organization: pathos Position: none First off, I've been known across the internet for the past 6 years or so as "pathos" to all my friends and all projects that I've done. My name (pathos.com) is being squatted. If these new rules would help me get my domain away from this squatter who just reregistered it, I'm all for them. Right now, this company (idomain) is in clear violation of the bad faith laws, but I can't do anything about it. My biggest concern is the amount of funds it would take to bring it up before the board. If you can make it less expensive for small businesses and private individuals, that'd be great too. Or even if in cases such as this where there's a clear violation and there could be very little (if any) dispute, at least cancelling the registration and putting it up as first come first served for free. |
