It is recognized that a domian holder does not need a TM to hold a domain reservation. Domains are issued by the millions, BY millions of people. How long do you think millions of domain owners will sit around while their domains are taken from them? Already there has been polorization in the domain owner community due to the blatent abuse of Domain policies or lack there of. Please strike a fair balance. Already people are trademarking their domains and the unfair tilt in policy leaning towards big buisness will come back to nip you in the butt!!Dont build the unfair wall too high or it might be too high to get out of. Please outline a sensable policy for everyone!
