I certainly hope that the present system of issuing Domain Names
remains in tact without any changes. No system is perfect, including the
one that is presently in place.

I believe that the solution will ultimately be solved in the near
future when search engines are improved. So if someone is looking for the
"widget" company and instead gets some other "widget" site, all the user
will have to do is press a button for "like names".... sort of the way
stock symbols are now located.

Hopefully, the decision to change the present system will result in
"no change." Thank you.
