Dear Sirs,

We are a small software company and have some domain names that we are
trying to establish. We are very disturbed by some parts of the Interim
Report RFC3.

As we see it, if our domain name becomes popular, a large company with
expensive lawyers can take it from us because we could not afford to defend
it under your guidelines.

The consequences therefore, of this proposed RFC3 as we see it, would
encourage monopolies and be very detrimental to the whole net.

Yours sincerely,
James Burton.
