The said Decision No. 34/2019 of March 14, 2019 declares the unconstitutionality and nullity of the following provisions under Book I, Title I, Chapter V of this consolidated version:
- Article 34, the third paragraph of section 2;
- Article 35, the fourth paragraph of section 2.
