The consolidated Criminal Procedure Law contains provisions relating to intellectual property crimes (see Book II, Title III, Article 282, 282 bis, paragraph 4,(f); Title V, Chapter II bis, Article 367 ter, paragraph 3; and Book IV, Title III, Chapter I, Article 795, paragraph h).
