'The Law contains provisions related to the scope and the limits of the protection of trademarks and commercial designations, on transfer and licenses, on proceedings in trademark matters before the Patent Office, the Patent Court and the Federal Court of Justice, on the protection of collective marks and indications of geographical origin, on the procedure in litigations concerning signs and provisions governing offences and seizure.'
