The Schedule 6 (items 1, 82) of the Trade Practices Amendment (Australian Consumer Law) Act (No. 2) 2010 (Act No. 103 of 2010) provides the amendments to the Patents Act 1990 in Paragraphs 133(2)(b) and (5)(b) and 134(2)(b), which deals with compulsory licence for patents (see page 387).
Date of entry into force: see section 2 "Commencement", pages 8-9. Schedule 6 (items 1, 82) is taken to commence on 1 January 2011.
