Year of Version 1987 Dates Entry into force: February 7, 1986 Adopted: January 23, 1986 Type of Text Main IP Laws Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights) Notes The notification by Turkey to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'This law comprises the citation, creation of the artistic works, inspection, display, making the products of Turkish cinema and musical art, which are branches of industry and art, and the principles and procedures of the protection of copyright, display and execution right, which arise from the aforesaid process.'
