The said amending Law of February 9, 2023 provided amendments to the following provisions of this consoldiated version of the Law on Trademarks: - Chapter V, Article 36, paragraph 6. - Chapter VII, Articles 61 to 64. - Chapter VIII, Article 71. - Chapter IX, Article 78.
