This consolidated version of the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (hereinafter "the consolidated Act 2013") incorporates amendments up to the Investigatory Powers Act 2016, which entered into force on different dates.
Schedule 10, point 8 of the said amending Act 2016 repealed Schedule 8, paragraph 81 on July 22, 2020 of this consolidated version.
Schedule 9, Part 1, paragraphs 21, 27, 30, 49; and Part 2, paragraphs 72, 120 and 134 of this consolidated Act 2013 provide for the amendments to the Patents Act 1977; Plant Varieties Act 1997; Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988; Registered Designs Act 1949; and Trade Marks Act 1994.
This consolidated version was updated on June 4, 2021, by adding the legislative changes in a list entitled "Changes to legislation" found in its final pages. These changes have not yet been incorporated to the said consolidated version.
